Nick Woodward began his career as a Software Engineer in Australia in 1980 working for several large multinational corporations in the Oil and Gas and Banking sectors including, Shell, Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse. In 1995 Nick moved to the UK to take up a role with Microsoft as a Senior Software Engineer based in London. Nick founded Woodward Capital in 2018. Prior to this Nick founded ETZ in 2001. Since that time Nick has expanded ETZ into 20 countries, including the opening of an Australian office in 2009, and has successfully built ETZ into the preeminent and market leading recruitment technology platform. Nick heads up Woodward capital.
Paul Andersen has had a 20+ year career working as an Investment Banker in Singapore, London, New York and Australia for some of the world’s largest banks and financial institutions, including Citibank, Barclays Capital, Credit Suisse and Merrill Lynch. Paul was a Director and worked in Fixed Income, Currency and Commodity markets and focussed on trading, risk management and financing, sales and distribution. A founding member of Woodward Capital, he is a holder of a Diploma of Financial Planning from Monarch Institute, a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Deakin University and Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University (Corporate Finance and Financial Markets) and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
James Murray has had a 30+ year in the Computing/IT industry, initially working as Project Leader and Principal Designer/Engineer for several large Australian mining companies, including Ranger Uranium Mines and Tomago Aluminium. In 1982 James established Apscore International which went on to develop several commercially successful software products and expanded its operations globally. James is a former recipient of the Australian Information Technology Award, and joined Woodward Capital in 2018 as a key technology advisor. James holds a Diploma of Computer Engineering from CDIT (Control Data Institute of Technology, and a Diploma of Commercial Data Processing from the University of Technology Sydney.
Solange is a UK commercial solicitor with over 10+ years’ experience in white collar crime, EU/Competition law investigations, and Compliance. Solange has worked in private-practice at New York law firm Debevoise & Plimpton, and UK heavyweight Clyde & Co; and in-house at Oil & Gas company BP, US eDiscovery leader KrollDiscovery; and in the public sector at the Office of Fair Trading (now the UK’s Competition and Markets Authority (CMA)). Solange has substantial knowledge in the Technology industry, speaks 5 languages fluently (Portuguese, English, French, Spanish, Italian), has an LLB (Hons) in English and European Laws and an LLM in EU Law from the University of Essex.
